Introduction
Denmark has transposed, insofar as necessary, and implemented the EU legislation imposing restrictions on chemical substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), including the RoHS Directive (Directive 2002/95) and the REACH Regulation (Annex XVII) (Regulation 1907/2006).
Denmark has not enacted any chemical restrictions going beyond the restrictions imposed by EU legislation.
