Introduction

In Malta EU requirements on phthalates are transposed into national law via L.N. 143 of 2006, PRODUCT SAFETY ACT (CAP. 427), Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Restrictions) (Amendment) Regulations, 2006.

Defined Restrictions:
Toys and childcare articles: 0.1%
