Introduction
In Spain EU requirements on PCBs and replacements are transposed into National law via Real Decreto 1406/1989 and later amendments, last amendment by: decree 1114/2006 of 29 September 2006 (de 10 Noviembre, por el que se impone limitaciones a la comercialización y uso de ciertas sustancias y preparados peligrosos. BOE núm. 278 de 20 de noviembre).
