Introduction
In the Netherlands EU requirements on Ugilec 141, Ugilec 121, 21 and DBBT are transposed into national law via "Besluit van 13 december 1989, tot vaststelling van een algemene maatregel van bestuur krachtens artikel 24 van de Wet milieugevaarlijke stiffen".
