Introduction

In Germany EU requirements on Ugilec 141, Ugilec 121, 21 and DBBT are transposed into national law via Ordinance on Bans and Restrictions on the Placing on the Market of Dangerous Substances and Preparations, and Products pursuant to the Chemicals Act of 13.06.2003. Last amended 8.03.2007 (Verordnung über Verbote und Beschränkungen des Inverkehrbringens gefährlicher Stoffe, Zubereitungen und Erzeugnisse nach dem Chemikaliengesetz (Chemikalien-Verbotsverordnung – ChemVerbotsV) Vom 13. Juni 2003).
