Introduction

The use of formaldehyde is restricted in Norway via the  Regulations relating to restrictions on the manufacture, import, export, sale and use of chemicals and other products hazardous to health and the environment (Product Regulations)

Defined Restrictions:
Textiles intended for children below 2 yrs: 30mg/kg
Textiles normally coming into direct contact with the skin: 100mg/kg
Textiles not normally coming into direct contact with the skin: 300mg/kg
