Germany Implements Phthalate Requirements

Germany transposed the new phthalate requirements into its national law by means of the Second Regulation amending the Ordinance on Commodities (Bedarfsgegenständeverordnung) and the Cosmetics Regulation (30 May 2006), Published June 9 2006 (BGBl 2006, Part 1, nr. 26).
