Restricted Substances Overview

The latest version of the ECO-TRACK newsletter provides information on regulatory development from January to March 2007. The main issues are described in this newsletter. In the last week of December, the Directive laying down requirements on PFOS was published, agreement has been reached on REACH, the new chemicals legislation.

The ECO-TRACK team has furthermore been working on completing the information on the transpositions of the Phthalates Directive and on clarifying legislation notified to the WTO by Korea
